The Multi Pass CARD is a card comprising both Sodexo payment cards: the Gastro Pass CARD for payments for meals and the Flexi Pass CARD for payments for leisure-time activities.
After activating your card by the first contact payment, you can, from then on, use the card number for payments. The selected partner places accepting that method of payment are labelled with Verify payment by SMS in the Where to buy. section. First, you need to enter your phone number in your profile settings
The Multi Pass CARD works just like a regular bank card. However, it is a private card, issued by the Sodexo Company, which means the whole production process and card management are under our control. Thanks to that, we have been able to come up with a solution remarkable for its user-friendliness and quickness.
The cards may be sent in bulk to the employer’s address and then distributed internally by your HR department / your superior, alternatively your own card may be sent to your home address. The card is delivered in a sealed card envelope, alongside instructions for use. The way the card is delivered is subject to your Company’s internal rules.
The electronic meal credit or leisure-time credit may only be topped up by the employer.
Just like a regular bank card. All transactions are verified on-line. The PIN is always requested for a contact payment. Contactless payments of up to CZK 500 can be made without using the PIN. If it gets lost or stolen, the card can be blocked in the application immediately so that its misuse is prevented.
If the card has been delivered to your home address, you need to confirm the receipt of the card in your account. Thus the card is ready to be activated by the first contact payment.
If you have received it from your HR department or your superior, the card is ready to be activated right away. To activate the card, the first transaction made with the card must be a contact one (i.e. the card must be inserted into the payment terminal, using both the Gastro Pass CARD and the Flexi Pass CARD). Your first, contact payment prompts you to set your own 4-digit PIN. You can use a single PIN for both cards, or you can set two different PINs.

The account balance can also be checked via our Sodexo customer care line. All information related to your account and to your account balance is also available in the Osobní účet mobile app available for all Android and iOS phones.
If you forget it, reset you PIN in your user account or in the Personal Account mobile application. You will be asked to set your new PIN while making the next payment (which needs to be a contact one) at the POS terminal. Proceed the same way if you wish to change the PIN.
If the card gets lost or stolen, it may be easily blocked so that the funds on the card account are protected. A request for a new card can then be submitted. You can block your current card and request a new one either in your account or in your mobile application.
No, withdrawing cash from an ATM or using cashback service is not possible. The card is meant only for payments for services or products in the network of Sodexo’s contractual partner places.
Yes, that is possible. Just ask the attendant to divide the payment so that you can make it in part using the Multi Pass CARD and in part using cash or your payment card.
